The 24 Cabin / 7 Nights/8 Days Cruise Jan 2017 – April 2017

Embarks / Disembarks:  Havana to Cienfuegos Cruise - Saturdays

The colonial cities of Cienfuegos and Trinidad, the verdant landscape of Vinales / Pinar del Rio and the crystal clear seas and amazing underwater life in Cabo San Antonio and Cayo Largo.

Day 1: Arrive meet and greet by our representative, transfer to the hotel.

Day 2: Transfer from the hotel to board the ship M/S PANORAMA and depart from Havana which is the capital city, largest city, province, major port, and leading commercial center of Cuba.

Day 3: Havana, the capital of Cuba, is the largest city in the Caribbean, and one of the most culturally rich urban centers in the world. The city’s appreciation of its glorious colonial past is on display at a dizzying array of castles, cathedrals, mansions and museums. The historic neighborhood of Vieja Habana (Old Havana) is a fascinating UNESCO World Heritage site, with over 900 landmarks, including the Presidential Palace and Cathedral Square.

Day 4: Havana on board the ship morning at sea, leisure for the whole day.

Day 5: Explore Maria La Gorda Cuba’s Diving Paradise. Maria La Gorda is a dive resort conceived and maintained for the diving community. Everything and everyone at the hotels, bars and resort area, live, speak and breathe diving – 24/7. Basically, when you say Maria La Gorda in Cuba, everyone immediately thinks “Diving”.

Day 6: Travel to Cayo Largo. Cayo Largo was formed by limestone, formed over millions of years from the remains of marine organisms, much like the ones that form coral reefs, which is a natural paradise where you can feel a little like Robinson Crusoe on a deserted remote island far away from everything. This tiny island is located in the Caribbean Sea. An almost virgin island for people who like nature and are looking for a noncommercial quiet place away from mass tourism. Cayo Largo is unique in many ways.

Day 7: Proceed to Casilda Trinidad; this small port lies about 30nm south east of Cienfuegos on the southern coast of Cuba. Casilda is the commercial/fishing port for the town of Trinidad. The port is off limits for cruisers; however the marina here offers reasonable berthing for yachts. It is a convenient place to stop in order to visit Trinidad.

Day 8: Explore Cienfuegos which is a charming waterfront city situated on the bay of the same name. Its picturesque nautical setting has earned it the title, “the Pearl of the South”. The unique culture in Cienfuegos is attributed to its ancestry as a French enclave. City highlights include an architecturally noteworthy group of buildings that were declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2005. Be sure to stop by the stunning Cultural Centre, a palatial home that now hosts after-school activities like dance and music for local students. Castillo de Jagua, an imposing fortress built to protect Cienfuegos from menacing pirates, is widely recognized as one of Cuba’s most important military structures.

Day 9 & Day 10: After exploring & enjoying the above places & islands disembark at Cienfuegos, Cuba and from there on transfer to the hotel, leisure for shopping and overnight at the hotel. Next day check out and proceed to the airport for the final destination.
