Embarks / Disembarks: Athens (Marina Zea) M/Y Callisto

The beautiful whitewashed Cycladic Islands, Crete, the largest and south most Greek Island, and the Peloponnese with Monemvassia and Nafplion and their historical treasures. The crystal clear waters of Kythira, Hydra, the hidden gem of the Aegean.

Itinerary:- 

Day 1:- Arrive meet and greet by our representative, transfer to the hotel.

 

Day 2:- Transfer from the hotel to board the ship M/Y CALLISTO and depart from Marina Zea, Athens – Hydra.

 

Day 3:- Travel from Hydra to Nafplion: Nafplion is a seaport town in the Peloponnese in Greece that has expanded up the hillsides near the north end of the Argolic Gul, and explore the beauty.

 

Day 4:- Proceed from there on to Monemvassia which is a town and a municipality in Laconia, Greece. The town is located on a small island off the east coast of the Peloponnese. The island is linked to the mainland by a short causeway 200m in length. Kythira is an island in Greece lying opposite the south-eastern tip of the Peloponnese peninsula. It is traditionally listed as one of the seven main Ionian Islands, although it is distant from the main group.

 

Day 5:- Travel on to Kythira, Rethymnon. Rethymnon is a city of approximately 40,000 people, in Greece, the capital of Rethymnon regional unit on the island of Crete. It was originally built during the Minoan civilization, but was never a competitive Minoan center Crete.

 

Day 6:- From Rethymnon, Crete to Santorini, one of the Cyclades islands in the Aegean Sea, was devastated by a volcanic eruption in the 16th century B.C.E., forever shaping its rugged landscape and villages. The whitewashed, cubist houses of its 2 principal towns, Fira and Oia, cling to cliffs above an underwater caldera (crater). They overlook the clear Aegean and beaches made up of black, red and white lava pebbles.

 

Day 7:- Proceed to Delos, Mykonos. Delos lies a 30-minute sail southwest of Mykonos, only 5km (less than 1 mile) away. You can take an organized tour to Delos, or catch a boat from Chora Mykonos. Factoring in the return boat trips, stays on Delos are a maximum of six or seven hours and explore the beauty. Archaeological buffs and lovers of legends cannot miss a trip to the sacred island of Delos, the archaeological jewel of the Cyclades. Travelers can see firsthand where the ancients lived and clamber over the ruins they left behind. Held sacred as the mythological birthplace of Apollo, Delos was at the heart of the ancient world as an important religious and commercial center, reaching its zenith in the Hellenic period around the 5th century BC.

 

Day 8:- Travel on from Kea. As Kea is the closest island to Athens; it is one of the favorite weekend escapes. It is also an extremely popular destination for sailing enthusiasts. The most important attraction of Kea is the Archaeological Site of Karthea. It is one of the most important archaeological sites of the island located at the area of Poles in Karthea. Cape Sounion is a promontory located 69 kilometers south-southeast of Athens. The temple of Poseidon, the ancient Greek god of the sea, dominates the southernmost tip of the Attica peninsula in Greece, where the horizon meets the Aegean Sea. Perched on the craggy rocks of Cape Sounio, the temple is enveloped in myth and historic facts dated from antiquity until the present time.

 

Day 9 & Day 10:- After exploring & enjoying the above places disembark at Marina Zea, Athens, and from there on transfer to the hotel, leisure for shopping and overnight at the hotel. Next day check out and proceed to the airport for the final destination.

The category cabins all have marbled-appointed en suite bathrooms with showers. Cabins have individually controlled A/C and fitted with TV, telephone (for internal use), hairdryers, mini-fridge, central music, public address system and safe boxes.
